White Rose Festival – Refund policy

Below we set out the refund policy for the White Rose Festival run by the RSCDS Leeds Branch. We have tried to cover a wide range of likely scenarios. If your circumstances are not described here, please contact booking@whiterosefestival.uk to discuss your request for a refund.

Afternoon bookings – teams, individuals and spectators

  • A full refund will be provided for any cancellations requested before the afternoon booking closing date.
  • For cancellations requested after the afternoon booking closing date and before the date of the Festival:
    • A 50% refund will be provided for teams
    • A full refund will be provided for individual / additional dancers and spectators
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested on or after the date of the Festival.

Evening dance bookings

  • A full refund will be provided for any cancellations requested for evening dance tickets.

Meal bookings

  • A full refund will be provided for any cancellations requested before the meal booking closing date.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested after the meal booking closing date.

General provisions

  • Refunds will be paid by cheque.
