Booking Forms – booking open

You can book your place at the 2022 White Rose Festival here! The deadline for bookings was 18th May. However, should you wish to join us, please contact us and we should be able to accommodate you.

Alternatively, the application form is available here for you to download and apply by post.

Teams can be made up of 8-10 dancers. If you have more than 10 dancers, but not enough for a second team, you should book the appropriate number of additional dancers as well.

If you are a smaller group (fewer than eight) or an individual please use this form.

Book additional meal tickets before 30th June and evening dance tickets  before the 9th July.

Payment for online bookings can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Once you have submitted your online booking, within seven days we will send you an email setting out the amount owing and how to pay.
